Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $10-14/hr DOE

We are seeking a service representative to join our team! The Service Representative will be a key resource to the group: providing support to management, maintaining quality of customer service, and maintaining order of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, copying, filing. Provide customer service via phone and via email. Data entry and order processing. Answer, screen and route all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner; take and respond to messages. Maintain and pull records in an organized manner Provide information, answer customer inquiries, and communicate status updates Search and provide information related to business matters (product, company, customer, etc.)  Provide direct administrative support to management as needed, including preparing spreadsheets and reports. Other administrative duties as needed 

 

Candidate must possess:

Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English  Ability to handle multiple interruptions, Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Experience with data entry of alpha-numeric information. Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work. Ability to work collaboratively and in a positive manner with others and Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with customers and Good organization skills. Attention to detail with the Ability to prioritize, multi-task and Ability to handle heavy call and email volume. Accountability for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all information. 

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and High school diploma or GED equivalent 

 

Industry experience and window covering product knowledge a plus.
